The step turn station is mounted outside a StoreX system and can rotate each microplate by an angle specified by the software. Since the StoreX handler is transporting the microplate along its longer axis, this feature may be necessary when an external handling system requires the microplate in another format.
The components used are the most reliable and of the highest quality available in the market. All manufactured components are electro-coated to protect against corrosion and contamination from external environmental conditions.
